If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us.

From then on, your membership renews on the 1st of each month.
Stay as long as you like.
Yes, you can pause your membership as much as you want for free.
Just email info@sinkreformer.com and we will sort it for you. While you’re on pause, you can’t book or train, and your membership starts again automatically when the pause ends.

Want to cancel during a pause?
You’ll need to reactivate your membership first. Then the usual notice applies: the rest of the month plus one month.
Studying? You get 20% off your membership.
Use the code SINKSTUDENT26 when you buy your membership on the website. Then send your valid student ID to info@sinkreformer.com, so we can confirm your student status.
If we don’t hear from you, your membership moves to the regular price from the next payment.
Finished or left your studies? Drop us an email.
Book and cancel your classes in the Sink app or here on the website.
Can’t make it? Cancel at least 3 hours before class, so someone else can take your spot.
Come at least 5 minutes early, so you have time to settle in.
Grip socks are a must in all our classes. Forgot yours? You can buy a pair in the studio.
Need to cancel? Log in to the app or website and go to your profile.
Your notice period is the rest of the month plus one month. So if you cancel on 20 November, your last payment is on 1 December, and you can keep moving with us until 31 December.
No hard feelings. The door is always open.
