Not only for injuries

  • Master the techniqueFaults you can’t feel yourself get spotted and fixed in real time: springs, breath, control.
  • Get stronger, fasterProgressive loading through your specific weak points, with clear goals.
  • A stiff back or an old injuryControlled loading adapted to what your physio or doctor advises. We work alongside them, not instead of them.
  • Pregnancy and postnatalPace, positions and pressure adapted session by session.
  • Nervous about group classesLearn the reformer calmly, with nobody else in the room, then join a class with confidence.
  • Athletes with a goalSport-specific control, asymmetries and range under load, in blocks around your season.

How it works

Assessment

01

Your first session starts with a movement assessment. We talk through your history and goals, watch how you move, and start training in the same hour.

Your plan

02

You leave with a clear picture of what we found and a plan for the next sessions, built around your body, not a class plan.

Progress

03

Every session builds on the last: warm-up on the springs, the main block for your plan, then focused technique work. Expect to be corrected a lot. That’s the point.

Honest answer

1:1 or a group class?

Choose a group class if you mainly want a regular habit, the energy of a room and the lowest price per class. Choose 1:1 if you want every minute of feedback to be about your body.

Many clients do both: a short block of 1:1 to learn the reformer properly, then a membership for consistency.

Questions about 1:1

How much does personal training cost in Aarhus at Sink Reformer?

Your first 60-minute session with a movement assessment costs 700 DKK (560 DKK under 30). A single 1:1 session is 750 DKK (600 DKK under 30), 5 sessions are 3,500 DKK (2,800 DKK) and 10 sessions are 6,500 DKK (5,200 DKK). Over 30 prices include VAT.

Do I need reformer experience?

No. Your first session includes an assessment, and everything is scaled from there. Complete beginners and experienced athletes both book 1:1 sessions.

Is 1:1 only for injuries?

No. Injuries and pain are common reasons, but many 1:1 clients are experienced movers who want to master their technique and get stronger faster than group classes alone allow.

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on your goal. Nervous beginners often take 3 to 5 sessions before joining group classes. Clients with a specific goal or an injury usually work in blocks of 5 or 10 sessions.

Who are the coaches?

Private sessions are coached by Julie, founder of Sink Reformer, and Sam. Both teach reformer Pilates with a mindful, technique-first approach.

Are sessions in English or Danish?

Both. Sessions run in English or Danish, whichever you prefer.

Can I combine 1:1 with group classes?

Yes, and many clients do. A short block of 1:1 to build technique, then a membership for consistency, with an occasional private session to keep progressing.
