Meet the Sink Reformer Pilates team

Meet the reformer Pilates teachers at Sink Reformer in Aarhus Ø. Founded by Julie Rasmussen. Our teachers are trained in classical and contemporary Pilates, and teach small classes in English and Danish with breath, form and quality of movement first.

Aligned by values, not trends.

We work with teachers who share our ethos of mindful, considered movement. Breath, form and quality of movement come first, with strength built gradually and with purpose.

Beyond technique, we value connection. Our teachers are engaged, observant and supportive, so classes feel calm, human and thoughtfully led.

With teachers trained all over the world, we bring a breadth of experience to a truly considered reformer Pilates experience. No fitness fads. Just really good reformer Pilates.
