Terms of service

These terms apply to all memberships, class packs, single classes, private sessions, events and shop orders bought from Sink Reformer, whether online, in our booking system or at the studio. Please read them before you buy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

2. Who can train with us

You must be 16 or older to take part in classes. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are physically able to take part.

3. Booking and payment

Classes, class packs and memberships are booked through our website and booking system. Shop products are bought through our online shop.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Dankort and MobilePay. The payment methods available for each purchase are shown at checkout.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT where VAT applies (see section 12).
Single classes, class packs and private session packs are paid in full when you buy them.
Memberships are charged automatically every month on your billing date until the membership ends.
Your receipt is sent by email and stored in your member profile.

4. Delivery of services

Memberships and class packs are activated as soon as payment is received. Classes and private sessions take place at our studio at the address above.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

When you buy a membership, class pack or session online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven).

If you book or attend a class during the 14 days, you are asking us to start delivering the service before the withdrawal period ends. If you then withdraw, you pay for the part of the service you have already used.
Your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully delivered, for example when you have attended the single class or trial class you bought.
To withdraw, email info@sinkreformer.com within the 14 days with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase. We refund you within 14 days, using the payment method you used.

For shop products, see section 9. Outside the right of withdrawal, memberships, class packs and used services cannot be refunded.

6. Memberships

Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred.
A membership gives access to the reformer classes included in it, subject to class capacity and availability.
You can cancel at any time in your member profile or by emailing info@sinkreformer.com. The notice period is the rest of the current month plus one month. Your access continues until the notice period ends.
Card details are stored securely by our payment provider in line with PCI DSS. Sink ApS does not store card details.
Fees already charged are not refunded, except under your right of withdrawal (section 5).

7. Class packs

Class packs (clip cards) are personal and cannot be transferred.
Class packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused clips expire automatically and are not refunded.

8. Late cancellation and no-shows

You can cancel a booked class up to 3 hours before it starts. If you cancel later or do not show up, a fee of 50 DKK is charged automatically to your registered payment method. This applies to memberships and class packs.

9. Shop orders

Delivery options, delivery times and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. You can also collect your order at the studio when that option is offered.
Right of withdrawal: you can cancel a shop order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Email info@sinkreformer.com, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Unless we say otherwise, you pay the cost of returning them.
Returned goods must be in the same condition and quantity as received. You may try items on as you would in a shop. If an item has been used beyond that, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
For hygiene reasons, grip socks and other sealed hygiene products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back or proof that you have sent them.
Faulty goods: you have a 2-year right to complain about defects (reklamationsret) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven). Contact us within a reasonable time after you discover the defect.

10. Health, safety and liability

Training at your own risk. You take part in classes at your own risk. By booking and attending, you confirm that:

you are physically able to take part;
you take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing; and
you will tell your instructor about any injury, medical condition, pregnancy or other limitation before class.

You can train during pregnancy at your own risk. We strongly recommend telling your instructor before class.

Equipment. Reformers are specialised training machines and must be used with care. You agree to follow your instructor's guidance and studio rules, and not to change springs, straps or settings unless instructed. If you damage equipment through misuse, negligence or not following instructions, you may be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

Sink ApS is not liable for injuries caused by misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions or medical conditions you have not told us about. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Danish law. We recommend that all participants have personal accident insurance.

11. Instructors

Our instructors may modify exercises, refuse participation or ask a participant to stop a class if they believe taking part could put that person's health, safety or the equipment at risk.

12. VAT and pricing

Under Danish VAT rules, members aged 30 and over pay VAT. VAT is included in the price shown. Members under 30 are exempt from VAT and pay the lower price shown for under-30s.

13. Student, senior and unemployment discounts

Discounted memberships require valid documentation, sent to info@sinkreformer.com. Student discounts are valid for 12 months and unemployment discounts for 3 months; send new documentation before they expire to keep the discounted rate. Senior discounts only need documentation once.

14. Changes to classes, memberships and prices

We may change class schedules, instructors and class formats. We may also change membership prices with reasonable notice. You can cancel your membership under section 6 before a new price takes effect. We tell you about changes by email or in the booking system.

15. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, please contact us first at info@sinkreformer.com and we will try to find a solution. If we cannot agree, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.naevneneshus.dk.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
